I’m a licensed Massage Therapist and have been operating for 19 years. I truly love my expertise, and enjoy working with health care providers to achieve the optimal outcome for each client. I have a passion to help each person that I encounter, by improving their lymphatic system and increasing range of motion with a direct focus on overall health and wellness. My goal is to make you feel better in every way and to improve your daily lives.
I am trained and hold certifications in Medical Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Cupping, Mu-Xing, Deep Tissue, Reiki Master, Lomi Lomi, detoxification wraps, Hot stone therapy and many more. I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist for those in need of further health and wellness expertise.

I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Cleveland University in 2006. My practice philosophy has always been about serving the entire family, including prenatal and newborn care and craniosacral therapy for members of any age. I include my functional medicine training in my everyday approach to caring for practice members.
It is important to address the physical, chemical, and emotional roadblocks which may be contributing to a person’s feeling of dis-ease, and I offer an open heart and a listening ear to those who are ready to explore those deeper influences on their health.
